Refunds and cancellation
Before you start the session: you can cancel for a full refund. You also have a 7-day statutory withdrawal right under Korea’s E-Commerce Act.
Once you begin the session: the work is made individually for you, so the right to withdraw is limited under Article 17(2) of the same Act. We ask you to confirm this on the session page before anything starts.
